RedSquid TV OS is a white-label, operator-first television software architecture that repositions the TV from a retail consumer device into a managed, operator-controlled service endpoint. The platform replaces the manufacturer’s stock software with an operator-branded stack pre-installed at the factory, super-aggregating linear TV, streaming, cloud gaming and other services into a single experience. Delivered as Platform-as-a-Service with ongoing updates, it lets operators reuse existing BSS/OSS with minimal modification. This paper covers the device layer, factory provisioning, runtime UI and aggregation architecture, backend integration, data and control plane, monetisation stack, edge AI subsystem, and deployment lifecycle.
